About the Role

This position involves working on various projects, including increasing observability, automating applications and infrastructure, creating CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with product teams to define service level objectives (SLOs).

  • Increasing the observability of our systems using Open Telemetry, Grafana eco-system, Fluentd
  • Automating our applications and infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, Puppet
  • Creating CI/CD pipelines for these services using Gitlab, ArgoCD, Kustomize
  • Collaborating with product teams to define SLOs and reduce the impact of service disruptions through incident, problem, change management programs
