Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning, nurturing talent.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, delivering results.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies, streamlining processes.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core, driving technology advancements.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, mastering web development.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL Server, leveraging data insights.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus, expanding possibilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, inspiring teams.
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, enhancing scalability.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development, guaranteeing quality.
