Senior Product Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Engineer to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using Java (Spring, Spring Boot, etc.).
  • Work with distributed systems and messaging platforms like Kafka, Cassandra, or Hadoop to manage large-scale data processing.
  • Develop and optimize database solutions using MySQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
  • Build, deploy, and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and scalability through architectural best practices.
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making across the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ years of backend development experience with a focus on Java.
  • Proven expertise with Spring, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
  • Hands-on experience with distributed data/messaging systems (Kafka, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
