Business Analytics Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to facilitate the alignment of business requirements with technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics and reporting needs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze requirements.
  • Work with teams to identify source systems and data sets required to fulfill needs.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing of solutions.
  • Support business teams during user acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Understanding of supply chain business processes.
  • Experience in working on analytics-related projects and implementation.
  • Good exposure to SAP ERP systems like ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Ability to identify relationships between data sets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
