Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our strategic and operational projects within our Indian production unit.

You will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and clear communication with our teams. Your primary focus will be managing project budgets, tracking costs, and optimizing resource usage without compromising quality or compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or food manufacturing industry, and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Indian and US teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including progress, costs, productivity, and quality metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting, ideally in nutraceuticals, supplements, or food manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage project budgets, and optimize resource usage.
  • Professional-level English communication and reporting skills (written and spoken).

PREFERRED QUALITIES:

  • Prior experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience coordinating with international teams is a plus.
