Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining our global community across various digital platforms.

This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with followers daily, and a passion for building meaningful relationships. Your primary goal will be to create a welcoming space where our audience feels valued and connected.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and grow our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Develop and implement content strategies that promote engagement and foster a sense of community.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and reviews in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Analyze feedback and conversations to inform future marketing campaigns and improve overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure consistency in tone and messaging.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, community building, or customer interaction.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is an asset.
  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands is beneficial.
