Community Engagement Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Community Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder and mentor behind NorthBound, gaining exposure to how real transformation is delivered in people's lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. They will also gather feedback from attendees and guide them on their next steps, maintain organized records in Google Sheets/Excel, and support smooth engagement within our online community.

Requirements:

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
