Technical Leadership Role

The position of Associate Director IT is available at Imaging Endpoints.

We seek a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our IT operations. The successful candidate will oversee all hardware and software deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support based on our innovation and IT infrastructure strategy.

  • Authorize and manage all hardware and software deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support.
  • Develop and implement configuration and monitoring standards for network performance.
  • Evaluate business needs, objectives, and goals to research innovation and IT applications necessary to meet these needs.
  • Analyze complex innovation and IT business needs presented by users and customers, recommending technical solutions.
  • Develop plans for implementing new projects, coordinating deliverables with project leaders and stakeholders.
  • Develop or assist in developing innovation and IT policies and procedures, including architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, providing strategic guidance in support of all information technology initiatives. They should also have superior attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • A strong background in networking, virtualization, or security.
  • 12-15 years of experience managing and directing enterprise IT operations.
  • A bachelor's degree in IT, CIS, Computer Science, or a similar field.
