About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our global marketing team at Gain, a high-growth fintech scale-up. As a Website UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing a visually appealing and user-friendly website that effectively communicates to our audience while supporting our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all content updates, design changes, and functionality enhancements.
  • Ensure the website delivers positive brand credibility & trust, and promotes strong messaging for a global audience while providing an excellent user experience.
  • Utilize analytics to track user engagement performance and guide optimization.
  • Work with the Web Developer to conduct regular website audits and analysis to identify areas for performance improvement and implement solutions.
  • Deliver consistent website enhancement based on testing and learning.
  • Implement strategies to increase traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Work with the digital team to implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • The Website Designer will work closely with various teams across our business to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.
  • Design and maintain a visually stunning, user-friendly website that drives high engagement and conversions.
  • Create user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and work with the Web Developer to bring these designs to life.
  • Develop responsive designs that ensure optimal viewing experience across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Incorporate best practices in usability and user experience (UX) design to enhance website functionality and navigation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design standards to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase to ensure design integrity, accessibility, and usability.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs as needed.
