The Role

We're seeking a talented and creative Web UX/UI Designer to join our global marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing a visually appealing and user-friendly website that effectively communicates to our audience while supporting our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all content updates, design changes, and functionality enhancements.
  • Ensure the website delivers positive brand credibility & trust, and promotes strong messaging for a global audience while providing an excellent user experience.
  • Utilize analytics to track user engagement performance and guide optimization.
  • Work with the Web Developer to conduct regular website audits and analysis to identify areas for performance improvement and implement solutions.
  • Deliver consistent website enhancements based on testing and learning.
  • Implement strategies to increase traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Work with the digital team to implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • A test-first approach to web design.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Experimentation and fast learning approaches to design.
  • Self-starter and independent with the ability to get things done with very little reliance on external resources.
