We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a pivotal role in empowering stock brokers and retail investors through the innovative Stressless Trading Method (STM). This ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and integration with broker APIs.

  • Experience in algorithmic trading platforms within the Indian stock market ecosystem is essential
  • Integration with broker APIs (such as Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, etc.) is critical for success
  • Order execution systems, latency considerations, and risk management mechanisms must be expertly managed
  • Backtesting strategies and live deployment of algo trading systems require meticulous attention to detail
  • Client onboarding flows and user experience design for trading applications should prioritize ease of use and intuitive functionality
  • Technical and business knowledge to align product capabilities with market demand is vital for driving growth

The selected individual will guide our organization through the entire lifecycle of launching its algorithmic trading product in India. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic input on product positioning and differentiation to set us apart from competitors
  • Assistance with compliance setup and regulatory documentation to ensure smooth operations
  • Guidance on technology stack and vendor partnerships to maximize efficiency
  • Support in establishing broker relationships and operational workflows to drive revenue
  • Advising on go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement to foster long-term relationships

Candidates should possess a strong academic foundation in computer science or quantitative disciplines and proficiency in languages such as Python, C++, Java, or R.
