Job Description

This role involves collaborating closely with Senior Technical Management, Product Owners, and Project Managers to develop, design, and implement requirements.

You will be responsible for delivering service improvements without unnecessary investment in new products by working smarter, providing better tools, and utilizing existing product sets more effectively.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality results through collaboration and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills and business acumen.

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Extensive expertise in analyzing, troubleshooting, implementing, and supporting Jira and Confluence Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud within a professional environment.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills in a cloud-based setting.
  • Proficiency in Shell, Python, and Groovy scripting for automating tasks to minimize manual workload.
