We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our Product & Engineering team. As a key member, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our web and mobile solutions.

About the Role
  • Ensure seamless, reliable, and impactful experiences for users across industries by executing manual tests, writing clear test cases, and validating functionality across multiple user roles.

You'll bring strong expertise in testing, test case writing, API testing, and automation, with the ability to test across different user roles and environments.

Your primary objective is not just about finding bugs—it's about safeguarding user trust, supporting product innovation, and helping us scale with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute structured manual tests, write clear and reusable test cases, and validate functionality across multiple user roles.
  • Design, execute, and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks for core workflows.
  • Perform thorough API testing, validate integrations, and identify edge cases.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.
Deliverables
  • Well-documented test plans, test cases, and bug reports aligned with product requirements and user stories.
  • Comprehensive manual test coverage for new features, regression cycles, and multi-role workflows.
  • Automated test scripts that validate key flows across our web and mobile applications.
  • API test cases and validations for backend services, ensuring secure and reliable integrations.
  • QA metrics and reporting that track defect trends, coverage, and release readiness.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of QA experience in a product-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in manual testing and test case writing.
  • Experience testing web and mobile applications with multiple user roles.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST, GraphQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with or experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).
