Data Integration Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a technical expert with experience in designing developing and maintaining scalable data integration solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP HCM SCM) and third-party systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of robust secure and scalable data integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Architect end-to-end integration flows ensuring performance security compliance.
Tech Leadership & Mentorship
  • Guide junior developers by providing technical mentorship enforcing best practices.
  • Lead architectural discussions influence technical decision-making.
Troubleshooting & Support
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical/functional issues with root-cause analysis.
  • Implement monitoring and support mechanisms for production-grade integrations.
Collaboration & Documentation
  • Partner with business stakeholders functional consultants and technical leads to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and process flows.
Integration Best Practices
  • Champion integration best practices API security governance and management within OIC.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of integration artifacts.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

We seek candidates with strong technical skills and significant experience in Oracle Integration Cloud.

  • OIC Expertise: Deep knowledge of orchestration-based scheduled and file-based integrations plus API management.
  • Cloud/SaaS Integration: Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP HCM SCM) with third-party systems.
  • Leadership: Strong track record in leading technical teams and owning end-to-end deliverables.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate integration concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
