Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled integration specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data integration and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Data Crawlers: Design and build data crawlers to extract data from customers' data sources using available ETL platforms, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data loading and processing.
  • Data Warehouse Models: Develop data warehouse models in columnar databases to ensure efficient data storage and analysis.
  • SQL Development: Create and optimize complex SQL queries to perform data analysis and resolve technical issues.
  • SSIS Packages: Design, build, and deploy effective SSIS packages to validate, synthesize, and transform customer data for integrated business planning and analytics.
  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with Solution Architects to understand customers' business requirements and implement solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis for complex use cases using SQL and document technical specifications for cognitive applications.
  • Development Workflow: Own the entire development and implementation workflow, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in technical design, data requirements gathering, and make recommendations on best practices to address inaccurate or missing data.
  • Insights Generation: Design and automate data loading and insights generation processes with intelligent checks and balances for sustained value delivery.
  • Test Planning: Create and execute test plans, document issues, and track progress in resolving issues.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Requirements: 1+ years of O9 Platform experience is mandatory.
  • ETL Process Experience: Strong hands-on experience working in ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) processes.
  • Databases and Programming Skills: Proficiency in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills in one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL with knowledge of DDL, DML, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Columnar Databases Experience: Experience working with columnar databases.
  • Customer Communication: Experience working directly with customers and presenting your ideas.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
