Job Opportunity: Geodatabase Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our enterprise customers as a Geodatabase Analyst.

  • Engage with customers and address technical issues reported by them.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in handling Geospatial data management and usage.
  • Identify and articulate solutions to customer issues through Web GIS knowledge, including installation, usage, configuration, and performance of ArcGIS Enterprise and Enterprise Geodatabase.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, management, and presentation skills. Experience with Esri software and strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for addressing and resolving technical issues of ESRI mainly ArcGIS Enterprise.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality technical support and customer service to users through effective communication, problem solving, and analytical approach at remote and onsite locations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will manage ArcGIS Enterprise Health and Performance, scheduled backup monitoring, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for managing customer environments and document comprehensive case resolution steps, suggestions, and workaround solutions.

Requirements:
  • Excellent in customer communication, management, and presentation skills.
  • Establish trust and relationship with users and act as a GIS SME for the customer.
  • Experience with Esri software and strong problem-solving and analytics skills in addressing and resolving technical issues of ESRI mainly ArcGIS Enterprise (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, ArcGIS Data Store, Geoevent Server, GeoAnalytics Server, Image Server), ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Runtime and Field Apps.
