Key Responsibilities:

The Data Quality Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across systems and analytics. This position requires a deep understanding of data quality frameworks, validation rules, and data governance principles.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive data quality frameworks and validation rules to maintain high data standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of data pipelines to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Analyze data issues and develop effective solutions to resolve them efficiently.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to guarantee reliable reporting and data insights.
  • Design and implement automated data quality checks and dashboards to enhance data management.
  • Document data definitions, standards, and governance procedures for seamless data flow.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals with 5-7 years of background in data quality, data engineering, or data governance. Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL processes is essential. Familiarity with data profiling, cleansing, and validation tools, as well as big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop), is highly desirable.
