Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team, who will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing creative requirements, designing execution, and organizing them for timely sharing with the team.
  • As a Graphic Designer, you will develop creatives for ads, websites, and social media platforms, working collaboratively with other teams to meet design requirements and set schedules for completion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial in this role, as you will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure transparency and trackability of tasks.
  • With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of interactive design principles, including usability and user experience best practices, you will conduct ongoing research to create new ideas and templates that enhance visual aesthetics and bring variety to our designs.
  • Establishing a consistent tone for each brand and providing guidelines for junior designers is also a key responsibility in this role.
  • Delegate repetitive tasks to relevant team members and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Monitor workload and address priority issues to maintain productivity.
  • Work in a deadline-oriented environment without compromising artistic creativity.
  • Take feedback from management until brand guidelines are established or a new style is implemented.
  • Study brands' social media to understand their aesthetic evolution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of interactive design principles, including usability and user experience best practices.
  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Prior experience with design and editing software.
  • Degree in a Creative or Artistic Discipline.
