We are seeking a results-oriented Sales and Business Development Professional to lead our sales operations in India.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
