Senior Motion Graphics Creative Lead

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphic Designer to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics and video content.
Key Responsibilities:- Create visually striking motion graphics and animations for digital platforms
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud to produce compelling motion design projects
- Integrate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the impact and engagement of video content
- Optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback across all devices
- Maintain a strong focus on aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphics that meet brand standards and exceed expectations
The successful candidate will bring fresh creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance storytelling and brand representation. They will also possess excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:- Degree or diploma in design, fine arts, or a related field
- Proven experience as a motion graphics designer with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant motion design tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
