Job Summary:

We are currently hiring for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative content team. This position requires someone who can think visually and tell stories through motion and animation. You will work closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to create engaging animated visuals for campaigns, training, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating ideas into captivating designs that align with brand standards while keeping the audience engaged. In this role, you will produce a variety of content including animated explainer videos, promotional reels, and dynamic social media assets. You'll also be expected to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid setting, making it ideal for professionals who value creativity and adaptability. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to turn concepts into compelling animated experiences, this role will allow you to make a measurable contribution to our creative projects.

Primary Responsibilities:


• Design motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, presentations, and product promotions.


• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual ideas.


• Edit video content and integrate motion elements to enhance storytelling.


• Create graphics optimized for social media, websites, and internal communications.


• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.


• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.


• Keep up with industry trends in animation and motion design.


• Prepare final deliverables for various platforms and formats.


• Maintain organized and accessible project files.

Primary Skills:


• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.


• Strong grasp of animation principles and visual composition.


• Ability to create visually appealing motion graphics from concept to completion.


• Skilled in video editing and compositing.


• Creative mindset with attention to detail.


• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification:


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.


• Professional certification in motion design tools is an advantage.

Experience:


• 2–4 years of professional experience in motion graphics design.
