Job Overview

A Site Engineer is a pivotal professional responsible for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. This role involves overseeing various aspects of project execution, from site preparation to final handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Planning and Management: The Site Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed site plans and specifications, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety codes.
  • Surveying and Measurement: Conducting surveys and measurements to inform project planning and execution.
  • Geotechnical Analysis: Performing geotechnical analysis and conducting soil tests to determine structural foundation requirements.
  • Reporting and Communication: Reporting on work progress and budget matters to senior management and stakeholders, while maintaining effective communication with team members and external parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Management Experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in on-site project management in civil and structural engineering.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
  • Quality Control and Safety: Strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is an advantage.
  • Educational Background: Degree or diploma in civil engineering.
