
Account Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, from initial setup to go-live and beyond. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, implementation, and customer success, to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing customized onboarding plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout their onboarding journey
In addition to your technical skills and expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Customer Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant
- Advanced understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments
- Experience with project managing customer implementations for enterprise clients, or consulting with clients on business process improvements at the Director, VP, and Exec level of Fortune 500 companies
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems where the answer isn't obvious or Google-able
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
