Job Description

As a Senior Data Scientist LLM, you will develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models tailored to specific business needs.

You will collaborate across teams to integrate these models into production systems and ensure their performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals.

  • Fine-tune and optimize large language models and NLP models for real-world applications.
  • Integrate these models into scalable, production-grade systems.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and task alignment.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers and developers to build robust AI pipelines.
  • Evaluate model performance using accuracy, relevance, and alignment metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in developing large language models and NLP models.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency with large language model frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation.
  • Good to have: Proficiency in Python or Java, experience with AI/ML pipelines, and deployment on cloud platforms.
