Strategic Growth Initiatives Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our expansion into key markets.

This role will play a pivotal part in driving business growth, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence across new locations.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Market Research & Feasibility
    • Conduct thorough analysis of local markets to identify expansion opportunities.
    • Evaluate feasibility based on demographics, standards of living, and real estate landscape.
    • Monitor emerging trends and competitor activity.
  • Supply Acquisition & Execution
    • Identify and establish partnerships with suppliers and channels.
    • Negotiate agreements that align with business objectives.
    • Plan and execute centre launches with full ownership of financial performance.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Maintain dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming centres.
    • Provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
    • Deliver on targets and key performance indicators.
  • On-Ground Insights & Engagement
    • Conduct regular site visits to gather valuable insights.
    • Liaise with stakeholders, including property owners and developers.
    • Monitor operational quality and suggest improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal frameworks.
