Perimeter Security Specialist

About Our Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled CyberSecurity Administrator to join our team and oversee the overall management of global IT services, asset management, end-user and device management, and lead our efforts to protect our systems and data from growing areas of vulnerabilities.

The role of the CyberSecurity Administrator is to perform cybersecurity tasks on a worldwide perimeter, provide support to the cybersecurity operations leader on specific cybersecurity systems, applications, and work in close cooperation with him/her.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Become an accountable, autonomous, and open-minded member in an international Team of CyberSecurity engineers with global responsibilities.
  • Support the whole lifecycle of the group-wide CyberSecurity infrastructure and technologies (Plan, Build, Run).
  • Take an active role in global projects and provide technical CyberSecurity expertise for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate tasks and topics with external service providers, partners, and integrators.
  • Review and develop further the CyberSecurity systems infrastructures and processes.
  • Participate in the creation, review, and improvement of CyberSecurity standards and policies.
  • Provide strategic and tactical advice for new and existing product and solutions related to the scope of responsibility.
  • Facilitate the implementation of PoCs and pilot installations.
  • Design new solutions, products, technologies defining and checking the necessary requirements and resolving interactions and dependencies between the solutions, products, technologies.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience: more than 5 years of experience in the domain.
  • Extended knowledge of state-of-the-art network- and CyberSecurity-standards and technologies including firewall virtualization.
  • Experience in the build and operation (Operations) of OS (Windows, Linux), Knowledge in installation configuration operation of Linux systems, Knowledge in automation, scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in operating perimeter security infrastructure.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Curious.
    • Passionate for cyber.
    • Highly developed skills in problem-solving and investigation of cybersecurity issues.
    • Natural motivation to integrate multidisciplinary international IT teams.
    • Pragmatic problem-solving approach while respecting established standards and abilities required.
    • Well-developed communication skills.
    • Working in teams.
    • Service-oriented.
    • Proficient level of English mandatory.
