Elite Performance Tester

Dynamic and highly skilled professionals are required to excel in our Performance Testing division. As a member of our elite team, you will be responsible for testing, monitoring, and analysis using industry-leading tools.
Key Responsibilities:- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis with excellent reporting skills is mandatory.
- Proficiency in JMeter for multiple protocols, API (mainly), and web Http/HTML is essential.
- Experience working on mobile performance testing is desirable.
- Hands-on experience in debugging performance scripts, identifying bottlenecks, and interacting with stakeholders for issue resolution is crucial.
- Proficiency in SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, perfmon, and similar tools is necessary.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and communicate complex ideas clearly is vital.
- Leadership and team management skills are also highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet performance goals through effective planning and strategizing are essential.
As a high-performing tester, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and performing periodic process audits and standards assessments. Schedule and participate in test reviews, walkthroughs, and other critical tasks to ensure excellence.
