Job Description

We are seeking a skilled automation tester to join our team. As an automation tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing.

You will work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to resolve issues efficiently and contribute to the automation regression suite.

You will follow automation best practices and participate in peer reviews.

You will prepare and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and support manual testing efforts when required.

You will track and report QA metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in functional and automation testing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in policy center projects.
  • Hands-on experience with type-script automation tools such as Playwright or JavaScript based frameworks like Cypress/Selenium.
  • Experience in Programming based Test Automation toolset and should be part of Test Design for minimum of 2 Years.
  • Independently handle Test Code issue resolution, updates & Debugging.
  • Exposure to QA lifecycle tools such as JIRA or equivalent.
  • Understanding of defect lifecycle management and test standards.
  • Experience in test effort estimation and metrics reporting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge on CI/CD
  • Knowledge of API & API testing tools like Karate, Postman or RestAssured.
