We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our marketing initiatives at AirDivit Udan Academy. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing digital campaigns, planning promotional events, and coordinating outreach programs with schools and colleges.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or a related field and 5+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, or education industry outreach. They should possess expertise in digital marketing tools, campaigns, and analytics, as well as strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.

• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads) to drive student leads.
• Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, seminars, school outreach programs, and workshops to boost brand visibility.
• Promotional Classes in Schools: Coordinate and execute school/college-level promotional classes and awareness drives for admissions.
• Lead Generation & Data Management: Build and manage an efficient system for lead generation, tracking, nurturing, and reporting. Oversee the data collection and tele-calling team.
• Counsellor & Agent Network Development: Establish and expand a strong network of admission counsellors, education consultants, and agents across the region.
• Branding & Outreach: Ensure consistent branding across digital and offline campaigns, events, and local promotions.
• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys to design innovative student acquisition strategies.
• Reporting & Analysis: Present weekly/monthly reports on campaign ROI, admission funnels, and outreach impact to management.
