Design Professional Wanted

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled design professional to join our team at Radiance Architecture & Engineering Projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Assist in the development of 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD software.
  • 3D Modeling: Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp software.
  • Design Documentation: Support concept development and detailed design documentation.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Design Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Construction Details: Knowledge of construction details, materials, and design standards is essential.
  • Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
  • Rendering Skills: Rendering skills are an advantage.
  • Project Experience: Experience in residential, office, and hospitality projects is desired.
