We are seeking a highly skilled Space Planner and Interior Designer to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering space planning and interior design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, developing design concepts, and creating detailed drawings.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences;
  • Developing design concepts that reflect the client's vision;
  • Creating detailed drawings and visualizations to communicate the design concept;
  • Selecting appropriate materials and furnishings that meet the client's budget and aesthetic requirements;

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in space planning and interior design, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. They will be able to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design software such as Autodesk Revit or SketchUp;
  • Experience in creating detailed drawings and visualizations using CAD software;
  • Strong understanding of spatial relationships and 3D modeling techniques;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
