Design Creative Spaces

Transform interior environments into unique experiences for clients and stakeholders through expert design and project management skills.

This role involves creating detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models using specialized software like AutoCAD and SketchUp. Strong expertise in visualization tools is required to develop high-quality technical drawings and design documentation that support accurate execution by contractors and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models. A strong background in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering is essential, along with experience in project coordination and related fields.

. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative design concepts and mood boards tailored to client requirements.
  • Clearly communicate the design intent and highlight functional, aesthetic, and budgetary considerations.
  • Incorporate client feedback systematically and refine proposals to achieve design alignment and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate approval processes by providing professional and persuasive presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
  • Maintain organized design files and ensure all documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Industrial Design (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design visualization software.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural/interior design, project coordination, or related field.
  • Proven track record in preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
