Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing campaigns across India and Dubai for multiple brands.
">- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to achieve lead generation, brand awareness, store footfall, and e-commerce sales goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize advanced targeting and retargeting techniques to reach the desired audience.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics like cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and clicks/views.
Experience:
">- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple markets and audiences.
- Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Data Studio.
- Running ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Targeting and retargeting audiences.
- Making and briefing creatives that work.
- Tracking budgets and ROI.
- Analysing campaign data and making improvements.
