Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

We seek a seasoned professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campaigns across markets for multiple brands.
  • Manage budgets to ensure wise expenditure.
  • Track important metrics like cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and clicks/views.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience in both lead generation and sales-focused campaigns.

Essential Skills:

  • Running ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Targeting and retargeting audiences.
