About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to join our team and spearhead the development and implementation of our Salesforce-based CI/CD pipelines. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for streamlining our release management processes, ensuring seamless integration across multiple Salesforce orgs, and driving business growth through efficient deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce tools.
  • Work closely with developers and admins to ensure smooth release cycles and optimal pipeline performance.
  • Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs, from sandbox to production environments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps best practices, promoting scalability, governance, and security.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or Flosum. A strong understanding of Git workflows and repository management is essential. Additionally, you should have experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and change sets is also necessary.

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
