As a DevOps Lead, you will have the opportunity to drive automation, streamline processes, and ensure seamless containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing DevOps pipelines across development, testing, and production environments
  • Driving automation of infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
  • Managing and optimizing CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar
  • Ensuring smooth containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AKS - Azure Kubernetes Service)
  • Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, or App Insights
  • Establishing security best practices, including secrets management, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance within Azure
  • Collaborating with development, QA, and product teams to align DevOps practices with business goals
  • Leading incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem activities for critical production issues
  • Mentoring and guiding a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement


Required Skills and Qualifications include:
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its core services
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
  • Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration – Docker, Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
  • Familiarity with source control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos
  • Understanding of networking, security, and firewall configurations within cloud environments
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative DevOps culture
