Lead User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented designer to join our team and lead the creation of high-quality user interfaces and experiences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces that meet the needs of our users.
- Design user interface components using Figma, adhering to design systems and style guides.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Participate in design reviews and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Prepare and deliver well-organized Figma files and assets for development handoff.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and UI best practices.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating design decisions and collaborating with teams.
