ERP Analyst Job Description

This position involves providing technical support for the enterprise ERP system. The role requires working with Workday reports and dashboards to identify areas of improvement and implement changes. In addition, this job involves building and deploying new modules and projects, as well as configuring and resolving issues related to global time entry items.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • • Support Enterprise ERP System
  • • Build supply Chain optimizations and new features
  • • Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements
  • • Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
  • • Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
  • • Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in technical support and experience with Workday reports and dashboards. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Required Qualifications:
  • • 4+ years Workday Time Tracking experience
