Job Summary

The Manager of Channel Support will oversee the efficient operation of our digital supply chain, ensuring timely resolution of data-related issues and seamless support for ALC Channels. This critical role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality support and data integrity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Issue Resolution: Lead the debugging of channel partner issues, triage problems to development and business teams, and ensure timely manual resolution to meet Channel SLAs.
  • Urgent Request Handling: Manage out-of-band urgent requests outside defined system SLAs, update individual channel portals as needed, and address internal clerical errors.
  • Schedule Management: Swiftly manage last-minute schedule changes within 30-60 minutes and rectify internal issues like missing exception schedule instructions or unnotified content programming.
  • Reporting and Escalation: Generate weekly reports on ongoing issues and escalate necessary system changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel to debug issues, validate resolutions, and create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Channel Support Analysts, providing training and resources to handle day-to-day issue resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Data Governance team, Enterprise Technology, Deal Management, CDEAR, COPS, CDI, and FP&A teams to ensure data accuracy and seamless support for channel operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data management, supply chain, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle large datasets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Data Management Tools and Advanced Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in data management tools and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively: Strong understanding of digital supply chain processes in the media and entertainment industry.

Location: The position will be based in Hyderabad (India)

This role is crucial for maintaining the efficient and effective operation of our digital supply chain, supporting the successful launch and ongoing operations of ALC Channels, and upholding high standards of data quality and integrity.

This role offers an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
