Community Liaison Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Community Liaison to coordinate site visits for potential customers in Navi Mumbai.

This full-time role involves scheduling appointments, guiding tours, and providing detailed information about our nature-centric lifestyle community. As the face of our company, you will ensure an exceptional on-site experience for visitors.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to follow up with visitors post-visit and support overall customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating site visits
  • Guiding tours and addressing inquiries
  • Providing detailed information about the community and its offerings
  • Liaising with sales and marketing teams to follow up with visitors
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, grooming, and communication skills
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to provide detailed information and tours to potential customers
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
