Job Title: Generative AI Associate - Red Teaming Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Generative AI Associate specializing in Red Teaming. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced AI/ML strategies to outmaneuver LLMs and identify vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute complex training programs on AI/ML, LLMs, and Red Teaming techniques.
  • Craft sophisticated prompts to evade filters and guardrails on LLMs, targeting specific weaknesses identified by our clients.
  • Foster close collaboration with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce exceptional results.
  • Support data scientists in conducting automated model attacks.
  • Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and client needs, navigating shifting guidelines and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving LLM capabilities and help your team's methods evolve accordingly.
  • Achieve productivity targets, including prompt volume and average handling time per prompt.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or associate's degree with 1 year of relevant industry experience, or high school diploma with 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
  • Ability to adopt various voices and perspectives.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Well-developed internet research skills.
