Job Description

At the forefront of innovation, we are harnessing cutting-edge technologies like AI to shape a better future. We seek a seasoned leader to drive our AI & Data Science strategy, development, and deployment across our Digital Solutions department.

As Lead AI & Data Science, you will define and guide our AI roadmap, mentor a team of experts, and ensure delivery of world-class solutions. Your deep technical knowledge across the AI/ML spectrum, combined with your leadership skills, will help us build and scale our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and leading the AI & Data Science vision and roadmap, aligned with business priorities
  • Providing technical oversight for AI initiatives across domains such as Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning
  • Acting as an architect and reviewer of AI systems, ensuring scalability, robustness, and compliance
  • Guiding the adoption of MLOps best practices

You will also be responsible for building and growing a world-class AI & Data Science team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Additionally, you will mentor and coach team members to elevate their technical depth and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership or team lead role
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, predictive analytics, computer vision, and reinforcement learning techniques
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (optional)
