Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects and programs associated with technology domains.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to implement modernized and sustainable technology roadmaps, analyzing technical requirements, and implementing software solutions. You will also contribute to building next-generation solutions for Commercial Banking Services, Digital & Payment channels, enhancing the service levels of current solutions.

Additionally, you will resolve application issues with software solutions, respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements, and proactively manage risk through implementation of right controls and escalate where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python, Spark (Apache Spark or Pyspark), big query (GCP) and UNIX
  • Software Enterprise Application development and uses continuous integration and delivery when developing code
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong understanding of current and future trends and practices in Technology, as well as banking/financial technology domain experience
