We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to spearhead digital transformation initiatives.

  1. Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders, including architects, designers, tech leads, UI/UX designers, and product owners to ensure optimal solutions aligned with business requirements.
  2. Participate in technical discussions, articulating trade-offs to client stakeholders.
  3. Present complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Work with project stakeholders to define project plans, key results areas (KRAs), and processes.
  5. Communicate project status and structure across the project management team and all necessary departments.
  6. Maintain projects on track to meet deadlines.
  7. Identify potential problems and suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  8. Manage day-to-day project progress, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  9. Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process and structure.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  11. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  12. Ensure teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure the right solution is delivered.
  • Proven ability to engage meaningfully with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding/experience with executing projects in two or more areas such as Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management.
  • Understanding of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
