Personal Stylist Position

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and client-focused personal stylist to join our organization.

The role involves guiding clients in styling, fabric selection, design choices, and wardrobe building while ensuring their preferences align with brand aesthetics. You will act as a bridge between clients and the design/production teams, adding a creative and personalized touch to every experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients to understand their style preferences, lifestyle, and requirements.
  2. Provide expert advice on styling, fabrics, color palettes, and trends.
  3. Collaborate with designers to translate client inputs into bespoke outfits.
  4. Assist clients in wardrobe planning and occasion-based styling.
  5. Maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on luxury service experience.
  6. Stay updated with global fashion trends and competitor brands to offer fresh insights.
  7. Ensure smooth coordination with inventory, production, and quality teams for client orders.
  8. Support in fashion shoots, lookbooks, and social media styling concepts if required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, or related field.
  • Prior experience in fashion consulting, luxury retail, or bespoke styling (preferred).
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, silhouettes, and fabrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for personalized fashion experiences.
