Job Title: Innovation/Service Designer

Job Description

This role is focused on designing and delivering innovation programs for corporate clients.

Working closely with the Director of Innovation, you will create tailored innovation programs and detailed proposals that align with client-specific needs, constraints, and organizational objectives.

  • Innovation Program Design & Management- Create innovative solutions that meet client goals and objectives.
  • Research and Stakeholder Engagement- Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities to drive value for clients.
  • Conduct user research and derive insights to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Identify opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value.
  • Contribute to the evolution of innovative methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space (Accelerators, innovation hub/consultancy, design agency).
  • Master user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process and are able to be proactive and bring new insights on each of them.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understand technological trends and challenges: you are at least curious to know more about this field.
  • Be a master of PPT / Keynote.
