Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Body Cupid warehouse in Tauru, Haryana.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce warehousing in a senior or supervisory role, with proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.

As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations during assigned shifts, managing inventory flow, order processing, and dispatch. You will also supervise a team of associates, ensuring adherence to productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily warehouse operations during assigned shifts.
  • Supervision of a team of associates to ensure adherence to productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams to address and resolve operational challenges.
  • Tracking performance metrics and implementing improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce warehousing in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage high-volume B2C operations.
