Job Description: Warehouse Shift Incharge - B2C Operations (Body Cupid Warehouse)

Location: Tauru, Haryana
Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 in hand, plus PF and ESIC

About the Role:
We are seeking a Warehouse Shift Incharge to oversee and manage B2C operations at our Body Cupid warehouse. This role is ideal for an experienced professional in e-commerce warehousing who can efficiently handle shift-based operations and lead a team to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations during assigned shifts, managing inventory flow, order processing, and dispatch.
  • Supervise a team of associates, ensuring adherence to productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve operational challenges.
  • Track performance metrics and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Uphold safety protocols and warehouse standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce warehousing in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage high-volume B2C operations.
