Job Title:

A proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Professional is required to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls to warm and cold databases, with a focus on travel tie-ups.

  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers in the corporate sector for business development opportunities.

  • Develop relationships with past clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Qualify leads with accurate information and maintain up-to-date CRM records for seamless handover to the sales team.

  • Track daily performance and share reports with the team to ensure consistency and improvement.

Requirements:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales.
  2. Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.
  3. Ability to handle high-volume calling with resilience and consistency.
  4. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
