IT Executive Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled IT Executive to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality support for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues; diagnose and resolve faults.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Support employees with system access, applications, and connectivity for optimal performance.
  • Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and compliance with IT security protocols.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, documentation, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and user support skills.
  • Knowledge of data backup, patch management, IT Security protocols.
  • Overview about VMware and Cyber Security is highly desirable.
